I have a Certificate in Holistic Counselling, Meditation Teaching and Chair Yoga Teaching through Inner Voyage Holistic Human Development (IVHHD) and am a registered practitioner with IVHHD and the International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT). I am currently completing post graduate courses in Holistic Counselling, Meditation Teaching and Chair Yoga Teaching through IVHHD.
